Skills: Must have at least 18 months Technical experience in a helpdesk
environment, Windows 2000/2003 server, SQL, XP, HTML. They are actively
seeking a
Desktop Applications Support Person. The ideal candidate would have worked
within the legal sector or worked in a legal department and who are now
supporting Windows 2000 and XP applications .Excellent communication and
troubleshooting skills is a must. You must have Proven flexibility and
willingness to adapt. Must have at least 18 months Technical experience in a
helpdesk environment, Windows 2000/2003 server, SQL, XP, HTML. Ideally you
will have knowledge in SQL Server, how to run reports and how to manipulate
